keep your mercy forever

I know you are there whenever i go, you promised us to be there and you said that you are nearer that what we think. You will not leave me as long as Im alive. I might not look to others that I adore your name and I might look to them that Im far from what you ordered us to be. But deep down, no one will ever know how much I worship your relegion and what you said in your holly book. Allah stay beside me and help me to over come any obsticle. Guide my way and lead me to the right path. I don't know what you are hiding for my future but Im almost sure that whatever it will be, it will be something good. Even if I got hurt once i know that the lesson will appear later, and that you are testing my patience to reach what is meant for me and learn from it. Allah .. whatever I'm going to face, my belief in your mercy is much more bigger, so keep me close to you and hold me tight withen your blessings, and love me as much as

emotional intelligence

Being understood by others or understanding others as well, is not something easy. This is only found in those who have a special kind of intellegance, it is an intelligence that is related to the feelings, it is called Emotional intellegence.  Emotional intellegance is the ability to recognize one's own and other's feelings to guide their behavior. Daniel Goleman defines emotional intellegance as an array of skills and characteristics that drive leadership performance. inorder to increase your emotional intellegence there are 6 essential keys :

•  The Ability to Reduce Negative Emotions: you have to manage our feelings and we have to avoid jumping into negative conclusions, and we have to put in our minds that people do what they do because of them not because of us.
•  The Ability to Stay cool and manage stress:  we can manage stress by two ways either by putting cold water on your face nd getting some fresh air and by avoidning caffeinated beverages.
• The Ability To Be Assertive and Express Difficult Emotion When Necessary : We have to clarify for others what is acceptable with us and what is not and to show them our real personality  and to talk about what is important to us.
• The ability to stay proactive, Not Reactive in the face of a difficult Person: try to calm down yourself by counting to ten then comeback to the issue after you calm down 
• The Ability to Bounce back from Adversity: always ask yourself about the lesson from the experiance you passed by and try to think outside the box as much as you can.
• The Ability to express Intimate Emotions in Close, Personal Relationships: you have to be able to express your and tender in the right relationship

One of my life's blessings

One of the most important blessings in my life , is that I learned how to write and express my feelings. whenever i feel sad, bored, happy ... I just go to my small diary copybook and write. Its my relief in this world , its my cure from all the pains that I might feel. You don't know how much expressing my feelings on a simple sheet will change alot in my mood. On the other hand, this hobby plays a role in grabbing happiness to my life, for example whenever I reread what I wrote when I was small I feel proud of myself, and I can easily compare how much the ways I used to think in are changed and had great impact on my future cognitive thinking. I can easily notice how much my personality have changed on all of its sides. Believe it or not, but sometimes I just see a new written poem in my dream and I write it as soon as i woke up, for sure if i still remeber it. but I don't know what would be the secret of writing and its relation with incidents that has an impact on my feelings or on the way I used to view life in. So each written material has its own story, or incident that effects me either badly or in a positive way. But for sure, at the end, the lesson will appear and will shine on my future later on, no matter how long it will take to appear but at the end it will do! At the end, I have to say that Allah (s.w.t) didn't create this world for no purpose. And each person has his life including his own role in this life, and every single step he reaches has its own wisdom. So just be patient and listen for what your life is going to tell you.

نفوس ارهقتها الوسوسات

فنسيت خالق الكون و المعجزات

و راحت تسير خلف المنكرات

زاهية بنفس قد غمرتها المعصيات

جاهلة ما سيحل  بها بعد الممات

اي ضمير هذا 

و نحن مستهزئين برب  السموات

و اي حياة هذه و قد ملأتها ال

ابي

في حرم الجمال قد ولدت

فجماله انعكس علي فتجملت

فلولا جينات جمال داخلي

ما حظيت من الجمال شيئا و ما تألقت

و لي يا ربي دعوة فيما فعلت

ان تطيل عمره و

تدخل قلبه فرحة

ما رأيت مثيلها و ما شاهدت

معلمي

بالعين اسمه ابتدا

و بالعين عينها يسكن المدا

ميمه مصرة على انجاح ما والده ابتدا

فهو في عمر "عمر" قد غرس الوفا

لا الراء قادرة على نهي الاسم

و لا غيرها من الحروف قد كللها الرضا

ان تنثر رونقه اينما حل و اينما اهتدا



friendship Corner

   My friends are my second family. I can't imagine my life without them. they are always there whenever I needed them. Can you imagine how tough the life would be if you don't have people from your age that understand your feelings, dmire your thoughts, laugh on the jokes that you also think that they are funny! This kind of people are meant to be accidently in your life. You might find them at school, or sometimes on a trip otherwise you might find them within your family too! they are a gift that is meant to decorate your life whenever you need that, they are a relief for all what might depress your mood or put you down. A life without friends is a non understandable life. Because I believe that no one would undertsand you more than a person that you share this kind of chemistry with him without any  benefit. I love you my friends and I will always do. Circumstances might seperate us but be sure that whenever you needed me, you'll find me there....

A symbolic story

Once a man asked his son to plant a seed in soil and put its top in a bottle then to check it every day until it grows up in that bottle. later on he asked him, to get this fruit out of that bottle after it grew up. The boy tried as hard as he can but at the end he didn't succed in pulling it out! the dad was almost sure that he won't succed in that , but he had a hidden meaning beyond this experiment.
This story is similar to a repetitive story, we are used to experiencing it ages ago, this small fruit was the symbol of new born infants, they look alike in their smoothness, flexibility, freshness, ... and the decision of planting them inside this bottle is similar to the family's decision in planting the deeds, traditions, relegious thoughts, education inside the infants' minds so they will either plant them in a good way or they will leave them to be planted alone outside the bottle that means outside what they believe in. So the choice of raring your infants starts from the vey beginning , either you would choose to plant every good deed inside them or you would let them grow alone without anybody's guidness. for example, if you want your kids to be educated you'll do whatever is possible to reach this aim starting fom buying them small stories when they are infants until they grow up with your encouragement to reach the highest degrees and the highest levels of cognitive thinking. The same thing if you want to plant the good deeds in their life journey, you have to encourage and be amodel infront of them as much as u can. At the end, your kids are goiung to be grown ups anyways, but what matters is what is planted inside them!
